Q. Which house should I choose?

A. Here are some of the differences:

Villa Rosa: hardwood floors, 400 sq foot deck, more expansive view, shower only, approx 1000 sq ft, 1 TV in living room, washer/dryer..

Villa Bella: carpet, 250 sq ft deck, more private deck, tub/shower, bonus outdoor shower, approx 1000 sq ft. TV in living and in 2nd bedroom, washer/dryer.

 

Q. Where can I store my gear and is it secure?

A. Both homes have daylight basements, accessible from the kitchens and the off-street parking/driveway areas. These basements are perfect for storing sailing gear, bikes and boards.

 

Q: How many cars can I park in off-street parking and is on-street parking also available?

A: Villa Rosa: 2 cars off-street. Villa Bella: 3 cars off-street. Yes, plenty of on-street parking is available for both homes.

 

Q. What's provided with the house?

A; Linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, microwave, blender, coffee-maker & filters), toilet paper, paper-towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and some spices.

 

Q. Do we have to check-out on time ?

A. Yes, unless you have prior written permission in your contract and confirmation letter, you must leave on time. When all guests leave on time, all guests can arrive on time.

 

Q. Must we clean the house before we leave?

A. No. However, we appreciate your leaving the house tidy. As long as the house is left in good condition, relatively neat, with no damage, then no additional cleaning fees will be charged.

 

Q. Is the internet wireless and is there a TV & DVD player?

A. The highspeed internet is wired or wirelss, your choice. The internet hub is located in the dining room if you prefer to be wired. Yes, both homes have a large TV, DVD player and VCR.
