During the months of June, July and August homes are typically only rented on a weekly basis (Saturday - Saturday). Otherwise homes are available for rent on a nightly (2 night minimum),
weekly and monthly basis and available year-round

Sorry, we do not allow pets or camping on the premises under
any circumstances. Smoking
is permitted outdoors only.

Villa Rosa & Casa Blanca are across the street from one another at 10th and
Columbia. They are nicely situated in a quiet, scenic
neighborhood in
Hood River,
Oregon.
This
location allows for spectacular views of the Columbia River,
and an
easy, flat walk into town. It's literally only 4
blocks to the town center.

In order to hold your reservation, we require payment in full (unless reservation is more than 3 months away). We accept personal checks, credit cards (mastercard/visa) and cashier's checks. However, we always need a credit card as a damage deposit.

Check-in
time is 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. on your day of departure. If you would like late check out, please check with us in advance.

Details:
Daily & monthly
rates available, typically 5-7 day minimum in summer. 9% lodging tax will be added to rental fees.
Pets/Camping: No pets allowed or camping allowed on the premises. Your credit card will be charged a $500 penalty fee if pets/guests camping are found on the premises. Additional charges due to pet damage may also accrue.
Cancellation
Policy: 50% deposit required at booking, remainder due 8 weeks prior to arrival. No refund unless home can be re-rented. If home re-rented, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. |
