to stay/shower at the home each night - this policy is out of consideration
for our neighbors and wear-and-tear on the home.

rates available, typically 5-7 day minimum in summer. 9% lodging (city & state) tax will be added to rental fees.
Pets/Camping: No pets allowed or camping allowed on the premises. Your credit card will be charged a $500 penalty fee if pets/guests camping are found anywhere on the premises. Additional charges due to pet damage may also accrue.
Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required at booking, remainder due 8 weeks prior to arrival. No refund unless home can be re-rented. If home is re-rented, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
